Dissei provides flexible capital and an operating platform that works like a full analyst team behind every joint venture. Dissei makes every credit decision, and once approved the joint venture deploys the capital.

Real lending creates a proprietary record of financial judgement that cannot be scraped or crowdsourced. Our edge is know-how. We build new methods from first principles, combining deep domain expertise in finance with research, to create high-quality data. Rights-cleared, anonymised records from eligible activity may improve Dissei’s financial reasoning systems, and better systems sharpen underwriting, monitoring and operations. From the same rights-cleared work we also provide financial reasoning environments, evaluations and training data to model builders and financial institutions.

Data complex enough to teach today’s frontier models financial judgment is not solved by hiring experts or renting annotators. It is a research and engineering problem, and we treat it with the same rigor as work on training algorithms and model architectures. The expertise is in-house, from our own lending practice, and the methods are new, built from first principles with research. We are not an expert network or a data marketplace.
