Nothing sensitive is shared in either direction before a mutual NDA is in place. The applicable agreement defines access, training, modification, retention, destruction, and data-location rights.

—Hosted sealed evaluation

Sealed evaluation material stays in our control plane. The evaluation agreement states access, modification, retention, destruction, and data location. Evaluation access does not create training rights.

—Licensed training data

What we license, we have the right to license. Every delivered training asset carries its right-to-train lineage and a per-asset contamination statement. The licence states access, permitted training, modification, retention, destruction, and data location.

—Customer-perimeter artefacts

Delivery is single-tenant: per-customer artefacts, the environment, its graders, and the evidence pack behind every claim, delivered into your own training stack. The product agreement states access, training, modification, retention, destruction, and data location. Your training never touches our infrastructure.

—Research and advisory work

Research reports and advisory outputs follow their statement of work. The statement states access, modification, retention, destruction, and data location. Receipt does not grant training rights to sealed evaluation material or training data.

—Transport and access

All surfaces use TLS. Access to sealed evaluation material, source evidence, rubrics, and evidence packs is restricted to the people who produce and audit them.

—Commitments

Breach-notification commitments are stated in every contract, together with audit rights against reverse-engineering and unauthorized use. What we hold back, we say we are holding back — a diligence pack with the full posture is available under NDA.
